About the Role

As a Tour Desk Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the setup and operation of our tour desk program across the South Pacific. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing innovative strategies to attract guests to our tour desks, including partnerships with local businesses and digital marketing initiatives;
  • Identifying opportunities to grow and enhance program performance;
  • Training and performance management of tour desk agents;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong entrepreneurial spirit and positive attitude;
  • Previous experience working in a tour desk or similar environment;
  • Proven ability to deliver results and exceed targets;
  • The ability to travel as required across South Pacific locations;
