Role Overview

You will lead the coordination of secretariat services for Cabinet and Cabinet Committee meetings, supporting the Premier with parliamentary matters and overseeing the reporting and provision of strategic advice on whole-of-government performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team in providing secretariat services for Cabinet and Cabinet Committee meetings.
  • Offer high-level advice, briefing services, and support to the Premier and senior officials on Cabinet, community cabinet/regional visits, and parliamentary matters.
  • Head a Performance Unit responsible for reporting and providing strategic advice to the Premier and Cabinet on whole-of-government performance.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in policy development, service delivery, stakeholder engagement, and strategy implementation is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive results-oriented teams, are required.
