You'll:

• Elevate the client experience, exceeding expectations and building lasting relationships.

• Drive sales and profitability through strategic clienteling and operational excellence.

Are you the one?

We're seeking individuals who possess the following:

• Leadership DNA: Proven experience mentoring and coaching team members, demonstrating leadership qualities.
• Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business KPIs, with the ability to drive sales and profitability.
• Clientelling Obsession: A passion for building relationships with VIP clients, hosting exclusive appointments, and representing the brand at the highest level.
• Operational Expertise: Strong knowledge of retail operations and procedures.
• Exceptional Communication: Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage escalations professionally.
• Proactive & Agile: A proactive mindset, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new challenges.
  
  

Ideally, you have:

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment (e.g., store/department manager).
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
