Medical Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Medical Manager to lead our efforts in Anti-Infectives and Oncology. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of complex oncology ecosystems, with at least 5 years of experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clinical operations teams to provide scientific support to trial sites and ensure sharing of insights
  • Serve as internal scientific expert in therapy areas, healthcare landscapes, and data on Gilead and competitor medicines
  • Represent Gilead with external multidisciplinary scientific and HCP communities through scientific engagement, group presentations, advisory boards, conferences, and other activities as required
  • Develop above-country networks to ensure sharing of key insights, ideas, and resources

Requirements

  • Advanced scientific or clinical degree
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • Deep understanding and experience navigating complex oncology ecosystems
  • Demonstrated relational intelligence by generating value through impactful interactions
  • Demonstrated leadership capability
