Delivery Operations Specialist

As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of our products to customers. Your expertise in fleet allocation and scheduling will be essential in optimizing our operations and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure deliveries are made safely and on time, adhering to all regulatory and safety standards.
  • Coordinate the delivery of our products, utilizing problem-solving skills to overcome any challenges that may arise.
  • Maximize the efficiency of our fleet, minimizing delays and communicating proactively with customers.
  • Monitor customer stock levels and maintain open communication to support their operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, contributing to Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets and driving customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in fleet allocations or scheduling, with a passion for developing these skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including MS Office and ERP tools like SAP.
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset, willing to collaborate and build strong relationships across the business.
