About the Role

The Gaming team plays a vital part in our Club operations at Wests. This casual opportunity is available for a customer-focused individual to work across our New Lambton site.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing friendly customer service
  • Gaming machine service
  • Drink orders and delivery to machines
  • Resetting and paying out jackpot wins
  • Operating Tab and Keno terminals
  • Cleaning workstations and equipment
  • Operating tills and handling cash
  • Collecting glasses from the floor and returning them to bar areas for cleaning

This position requires availability on Friday nights and weekends, with reasonable availability Monday to Thursday. Shifts are rostered from the evening through to early hours of the morning during peak periods.

This role has been identified as a traineeship opportunity, providing the chance to gain a Certificate III in Hospitality, a nationally recognised qualification.

Please note that this role requires a Criminal Check prior to commencement.

You should have an eye for detail, accuracy, and compliance with NSW liquor and gaming legislation. Working nights and weekends suits your work-life balance, and you enjoy fast-paced work environments.
