We are seeking a skilled and friendly individual to join our team as a Gaming Attendant. This role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing attentive customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests.
  • Gaming machine maintenance and service, guaranteeing seamless entertainment experiences.
  • Efficiently managing drink orders and delivery to machines, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Timely resetting and paying out jackpot wins, maintaining a secure and fair gaming environment.
  • Accurately operating Tab and Keno terminals, upholding compliance with NSW liquor and gaming legislation.
  • Ensuring a clean and organized workstation and equipment, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Effectively operating tills and handling cash transactions, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Cleanliness of the floor and returning glasses to bar areas for cleaning, contributing to a neat and hygienic workplace.

This position requires flexibility on Friday nights and weekends, with reasonable availability during weekdays. Shifts will be rostered from evening through to early hours of the morning.
