The Red Bull Gaming Hub UTS is a state-of-the-art gaming facility located on the UTS campus in Building 1, featuring high-performance gaming PCs, training room, a streaming room, a console lounge, all equipped with Secretlab chairs, AOC peripherals and MSI laptops.

Who Are We Looking For?
- Individuals with a passion for gaming and esports.

- Availability for both full-time and part-time positions.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

- Day-to-Day Operations: Ensuring the smooth running of the gaming hub.
- Technical Assistance: Providing support for our state-of-the-art gaming equipment.
- Customer Service Excellence: Being the first point of contact for our gamers.
- Reception Desk Duties: Managing bookings, inquiries, and providing information.
- Reporting: Keeping track of hub activities and user feedback.
- Content Creation: Engaging our community through compelling social media content.
- Event Management: Managing gaming events and tournaments.
