We are seeking a highly skilled Remuneration Specialist to join our team at HR Partners in Macquarie Park. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional looking to specialise in compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain compensation structures, including salary benchmarking and bonus plans, to ensure internal equity and competitive alignment.
  • Manage salary adjustments, promotional increases, and incentive schemes to drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Evaluate job descriptions and classifications to ensure fairness and consistency in remuneration practices.
  • Coordinate employee benefits, including enrollments, wellness programs, and recognition structures, to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Provide expert guidance on benefits inquiries, helping employees understand and select their options effectively.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant legislation regarding employee benefits, ensuring the company's practices align with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyse data trends to identify opportunities for improvement within compensation and benefits, informing strategic decisions.
  • Manage and verify data accuracy in HRIS systems, generating reports, dashboards, and metrics as needed to support business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR coordination or generalist roles, preferably with exposure to blue-collar industries.
  • Prior experience managing remuneration and rewards administration.
  • A tertiary HR qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills, confident in using HRIS, data reporting, and analysis tools.
  • Agile, adaptable, and dynamic, with a passion for specialising in remuneration and benefits.

This role offers an attractive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for career growth.
