Job Title: Work Capacity Specialist
At 3001 DXC Technology Australia Pty Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Work Capacity Specialist to join our team. As a Work Capacity Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing expert guidance and support to our internal Claims Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with claims operation teams to offer expert guidance in work capacity and section 38 through tailored advice.
- Develop and utilize reporting, procedures, and resources to drive outcomes and increase capability.
- Complete internal reviews of work capacity decisions in line with legislative requirements.
- Complete quality reviews to identify areas for development and implement actions to address capability or process improvements.
- Coach and train delivery to support capability uplift across case managers, decision reviewers, and leaders.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with internal customers through proactive engagement and support.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience in work capacity, claims, and injury management.
- Strong analytical, evaluation, and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative solutions.
- Excellent organisational ability, including the use of effective time management and prioritisation, while having strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a demanding, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment.
- Great attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player who likes to work collaboratively but can also work independently.
