About The Opportunity

Reporting to the Project Manager, your key duties include:

  • Leading teams on site - contributing to the safe, successful and high-quality delivery of your assigned projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety policies at all times
  • Participating in and conducting toolbox meetings
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of project requirements through specifications, plans, technical drawings, permits, etc.
  • Supporting the Project Manager to meet productivity targets for the project
  • Assisting in coordinating plant, material and internal and external human resources on site
  • Ensuring the project is running effectively in the absence of the Project Manager

About you

To be considered, you need to demonstrate:

  • 1-2 years' experience as a Site Team Supervisor within the civil construction sector, specifically subdivisions
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated strong planning and organisational skills
  • A positive, proactive attitude
  • Self-motivation and initiative
  • High personal and professional work standards
  • A willingness to learn and progress your career in management
  • All relevant industry qualifications and licenses
  • A current OH&S Induction card (white card)
  • Full Australian work rights

Shortlisted candidates will need to complete a pre-employment medical assessment.
