About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of 120 properties, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 120 properties, ensuring timely and efficient processing of maintenance orders, lease renewals, and rent collections.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and tenants, providing proactive and responsive support to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of property-related tasks.
- Conduct regular property inspections and report on property condition, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Process and follow up on maintenance orders, ensuring timely completion and resolution of issues.
- Issue leases and manage arrears, ensuring accurate and timely processing of rent payments.
- Conduct exit reports and provide detailed analysis of property performance.
- Upload rental listings online, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Liaise with owners and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in property management, with a strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration, with a valid driver's license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work from home and autonomously, with minimal supervision.
- Hard-working and honest work ethic, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Trustworthy and reliable, with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism.
