Commercial Valuer

Opteon Property Group Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled commercial valuer to provide quality valuation reports for a diversified asset market in the commercial, industrial, and retail space.

We are looking for a professional with exceptional communication and business development skills to join our team in North Queensland. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality valuation reports, managing business opportunities, and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Deliver high-quality valuation reports in a timely manner
• Manage business opportunities and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the commercial valuation space

• Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
• CPV status combined with significant experience in the commercial valuation space
• Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication skills
