Reliability Specialist

About This Role

This position focuses on ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Defining Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Objectives (SLOs)
  • Monitoring system performance to reduce downtime and improve stability
  • Capacity planning and scaling to meet business needs
  • Automating reliability improvements using various tools and technologies
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a related field; SRE Lead Engineer background preferred
  • Strong knowledge of technology landscape and ability to guide team members
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or Computer Science required
  • Strong Azure cloud background with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) skills a plus
Additional Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
