Cafe Attendant Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to create a warm and inviting cafe atmosphere where residents can socialize, relax, and enjoy refreshments.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, staff, and visitors who visit the cafe.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, as well as simple snacks or light meals available in the cafe.
  • Assist in developing and updating the cafe menu, considering residents' dietary requirements, preferences, and popular choices.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the cafe area, including tables, counters, and equipment.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Fitness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Food Handlers Certificate is preferred but not essential.
