Overview

LEGOLAND Discovery Centre is a family-friendly venue with LEGO rides, MINILAND, a 4D cinema, and themed play and building zones. The role includes working on-site in retail and café settings, with some off-site work at a pop-up store at the Melbourne Showgrounds. These positions are casual with flexible shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Retail Attendants: upsell, sell stock, assist with deliveries, stock shelves, and deliver a memorable guest experience.
  • Café Attendants: prepare coffees and café foods, serve in the café, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Requirements
  • Weekend (Saturday & Sunday), Public Holidays and school holidays availability is essential.
  • Role is casual until the end of the Summer Holidays, with potential to extend post-holidays.
  • Priority for candidates with a Food Handlers Certificate.
  • Employer (VIC) Working with Children's Check is required or willing to obtain one if successful.
About You
  • Passion for guest experience with a focus on fun and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment; proactive customer service with a high-spirited attitude.
  • Strong communication, flexibility, adaptability, planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Interest in working in the tourism/attraction industry.
