Facility Management Role

The position is responsible for managing all facility management services at nominated TasWater sites.

This role reports to the Project Manager and assists with ensuring statutory maintenance is provided and measured at all TasWater sites.

Key responsibilities include monitoring completion of planned maintenance, delivering services according to agreed scope and quality, and managing cost control through quality management and contractor efficiencies.

Additionally, this role involves providing leadership and direction to contractors, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with contractual KPIs.

Financial performance will be managed against budget, including forecasting for planned works.

Requirements for Success

Applicants should have experience working in a similar role, with knowledge of cost planning, excellent communication skills, and high-level computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Able to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders, holding a current driver's license and passing a police check and medical examination are also requirements.
