Project Development Professional

As a Senior Project Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in the pre-construction stages of residential and commercial projects. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, analysing financial models, developing project plans, managing acquisitions, working with architects and engineers, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of projects across various sectors. You will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in project management, working closely with experienced professionals.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as real estate, business, or finance, and a minimum of 7 years' experience in project development. You will also require strong analytical skills, knowledge of local planning regulations, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. You will also need to be able to multitask and manage competing priorities, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
