Job Title: Clinical Nurse Specialist
Description:
The role of the Clinical Nurse Specialist involves providing high-quality patient care and services through efficient utilization of resources. This position is an opportunity to work in a specialized area, utilizing expertise and skills to contribute to the delivery of quality patient services.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with diverse needs, including those requiring post-operative care, treatment, and support.
- To develop, implement, and evaluate strategies for improving patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, ensuring adherence to relevant policies and procedures.
- To collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient care services.
- To participate in education and training programs, sharing expertise and best practices with colleagues.
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a registered nurse.
- Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
