Project Planner Opportunity

The opportunity to drive project success is now available in our Melbourne office.

The Role:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Manage project timelines, dependencies, and interdependencies for successful project outcomes.
  • Optimise project efficiency and contribute to achieving project milestones.
  • Track project progress against established schedules and provide regular updates to project managers and leadership.
  • Generate reports and presentations for project reviews and stakeholder communication.
  • Integrate and automate the program view feed from projects and other sources.

About You

Successful candidates will have solid experience in project scheduling/planning roles, strong skills in working with Primavera P6, a background in software/technology or engineering projects, ability to manage large schedules, knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM), excellent communication skills, and full working rights in Australia with no restrictions.
