This is an opportunity to work in a corporate law role involving complex matters within a high-performing team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working across various areas of corporate law including contracting, intellectual property, data privacy, commercial litigation, financial services and mergers and acquisitions.
- Engaging with clients on significant transactions regularly featured in major business publications.
- Building deep relationships with clients through direct contact and networking.
- Assisting the team on a variety of corporate matters from initial stages.

About You
To be successful in this role you will need:
- A recent law graduate or approximately 1 year of experience in the legal profession.
- Strong technical skills and passion for delivering high-quality work for sophisticated clients.
- Commercial acumen and understanding of client drivers and business environments.
- Excellent social skills and ability to deliver exceptional client service.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Australian Citizenship or Australian Residency.
