**Company Description** Are you a Dental Assistant/Receptionist with a passion for patient care?** Family Care Orthodontists is seeking a friendly, motivated, and team-oriented Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our practice on a casual basis.**

Experience is preferred but not essential. The role involves clinical chairside assisting and front desk responsibilities, so strong communication skills and a professional manner are a must.
- Assist our Clinicians in providing high-quality dental care to patients.
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures.
- Sterilise and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
- Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care.
- Manage front-of-house duties, ensuring a smooth and welcoming patient experience.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.

**Qualifications**
- Experienced Dental Assistant, Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting is advantageous.
- Knowledge of dental software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience and knowledge of sterilisation protocols and guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
