We're on the lookout for a visionary Channel Partner leader to propel PayPal Australia's business forward. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your entrepreneurial spirit and drive growth through strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing businesses through channel partnerships, managing large data sets and insights, and developing actionable plans for expansion. Key responsibilities include leading a team of payment professionals, identifying new avenues for joint growth, and maintaining top-to-top relationships with key channel partners.

Responsibilities

  • Drive overall business growth in Australia through effective channel partnerships
  • Lead a team of payment experts in qualifying, negotiating, and integrating partnerships that expand the PayPal Australia offering
  • Identify fresh opportunities for joint growth, areas of investment, and alignment of partner priorities with PayPal's goals in the region
  • Develop and implement entrepreneurial strategies for partnerships and growth
  • Manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities across the team, ensuring accountability for output metrics
  • Maintain 'top to top' relationships with key channel partners, working in tandem with the channel partnerships team
  • Contribute to designing broader APAC Channel partner strategy and APAC commercial SMB strategy
