Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic HR Partnering

Partner with our leadership team to drive HR strategy and initiatives that align with our business objectives. Provide expert advice and guidance on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

Talent Development and Engagement

Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. Foster a culture of engagement and inclusivity, and develop strategies to improve employee retention and satisfaction.

HR Operations and Administration

Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Business Intelligence and Analytics

Provide data-driven insights to inform HR decisions and business strategy. Analyze HR metrics and develop reports to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

Collaboration and Communication

Build and maintain strong relationships with our business stakeholders, including leadership, managers, and employees. Communicate HR policies, procedures, and initiatives effectively to all levels of the organization.

Requirements
  1. Minimum 5 Years' Experience

Proven experience as a HR Business Partner or similar role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving

Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex HR challenges.

Business Acumen and Analytical Skills

Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop insights to inform HR decisions.

HR Qualifications and Certifications

Relevant HR qualifications or certifications, such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
