We are seeking a Road Safety Enforcement Technician to assist in the examination and testing of road safety enforcement technology equipment and other traffic systems.

The successful candidate will work closely with our team to ensure that all equipment meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare tools necessary for examination and testing of road safety enforcement technology equipment and other traffic systems.
  • Assist with division-related tasks as required.
  • Ensure Traffic Management meets all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) guidelines.
  • Test road safety enforcement technology and other traffic systems equipment according to documented procedures.
  • Record test details, results, assessments and observations for report compliance and reference.
  • Prepare written reports of test results, assessments and observations.
  • Maintain accurate records of time spent testing road safety enforcement technology equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate in Electronics or equivalent qualification and experience.
  • Understanding of Traffic Management and roadside HSE.
  • Knowledge of measurement and testing techniques relating to road safety enforcement technology.
  • Current Australian Driver's License with excellent driving record.
  • Above average computer literacy and excellent written and oral communication skills.
