Occupational Therapy Leadership Opportunity

This leadership role requires a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to spearhead the occupational therapy team, driving clinical excellence and client-centered care.

The successful candidate will have experience in developing frameworks that promote professional growth and team cohesion. Responsibilities include implementing clinical strategies, enhancing policies and procedures, collaborating with other health professionals, and fostering a positive team culture.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about occupational therapy, motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist is required, along with current APHRA registration, NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check, driver's license, and access to own vehicle.
