ProHealth (Redcliffe) is a leading practice for exercise physiology with state-of-the-art facilities, expanding to a multidisciplinary clinic and seeking a senior Occupational Therapist to lead the OT team. About the role

In this role, you will lead the development of our OT team by creating frameworks that promote clinical excellence and client-centred care. You will have the opportunity to lead and grow your own team and play a pivotal role in implementing strategies that enhance professional growth and team cohesion. As the leading OT, your responsibilities include:

  • Implementing clinical frameworks for the occupational therapy sector
  • Enhancing policies and procedures to improve clinical efficiency
  • Working with funding schemes including DVA, NDIS and Aged Care to deliver Functional Capacity Assessments; Home Modifications & Minor Modifications; Supported Independent Living Modifications; Assistive Technology Prescription
  • Collaborating with other health professionals to provide a holistic care approach
  • Strategising and nurturing relationships with referrers and clients
  • Fostering a positive team culture and clinic core values

About You
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Current APHRA registration
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • National Police Check
  • Driver's license and access to own vehicle
  • Passionate, motivated and able to have fun
