Senior Director Finance ANZ

At HelloFresh, we're seeking an exceptional Senior Director of Finance to oversee the end-to-end finance function while steering financial performance of five businesses within the Australia & New Zealand cluster.

About the Role
  • Lead and Inspire: Manage a high-performing finance team of 25+ professionals, including FP&A, Accounting, AR, AP, Tax, Compliance, and Merchant Payments.
  • Financial Stewardship: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for one of the key entities within the HelloFresh Group, adhering to IFRS accounting standards and locally required reporting obligations.
  • Strategic Partner: Collaborate with the ANZ leadership team to identify and prioritize commercial opportunities across the ANZ cluster, driving well-informed decisions and appropriate risk management.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive best-in-class finance operations, creating value through unlocking efficiency opportunities across the organization.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the finance leadership team to set finance team priorities, refine ways of working, and support the achievement of business objectives and targets.
About You
  • A qualified finance leader with 5+ years of experience in a true finance leader role, with end-to-end commercial exposure, responsibilities, and influence.
  • Engaging, personable, and confident, with a strong stakeholder management ability.
  • Able to work autonomously and with limited direction, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excited to work for a food-tech business that is transforming the way people shop & eat.
