Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Analyst/Associate Director to join our Australian Structured Finance and Covered Bonds team based in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for rating new transactions, ensuring all structured finance transactions and covered bonds programs are reviewed on a continuous 12-month schedule, and providing timely market and transaction performance commentary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rating new transactions, including looking at new asset classes and issuers
  • Ensuring all structured finance transactions and covered bonds programs are reviewed on a continuous 12-month schedule
  • Providing timely market and transaction performance commentary
  • Managing queries from issuers, bankers, and investors
  • Participating in originator and servicer review meetings
  • Ad-hoc projects and reporting
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in a finance-related discipline
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of structured finance experience from an issuer, arranger, or trustee
  • Intermediate Excel skills with knowledge of VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF, INDEX, and MATCH functions
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail
