Job Description

We're seeking a talented Quantitative Researcher to join our team at Sig Susquehanna. As a Quantitative Researcher, you will apply mathematical and statistical techniques to solve complex problems in our trading environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate research ideas by immersing yourself in market data and leveraging tools in mathematics, statistics, and programming.
  • Develop and implement trading strategies using mathematical and statistical models.
  • Collaborate with technologists to backtest and optimize trading strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of new trading ideas and strategies.
Requirements
  • Honours or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, or Economics.
  • Exceptional mathematical problem-solving skills.
  • Solid communication skills, both in the ability to understand others and to make yourself clearly understood.
  • Strong, practical computing skills.
  • Experience working on in-depth research projects.
