Overview

We're seeking accomplished researchers to join our team of quantitative finance experts. Our Quantitative Researchers apply mathematical and statistical techniques to solve complex problems in our trading environment. With a strong focus on innovation and collaboration, we're looking for individuals who can drive results and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate research ideas and develop mathematical models to solve complex problems
  • Work closely with technologists to backtest and implement trading strategies
  • Continuously optimize and refine trading strategies to improve performance
  • Collaborate with other researchers and traders to share knowledge and ideas
Requirements
  • Honours or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, or Economics
  • Exceptional mathematical problem-solving skills
  • Solid communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong computing skills and ability to work with data analysis tools
  • Experience working on in-depth research projects

Interview Process

Our interview process typically involves online assessments, recruiter interviews, technical interviews, and final round interviews. By applying to this role, you will be automatically considered for the Quantitative Systematic Trader position.
