Event Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and creative professional to lead our events program across Melbourne.

This dynamic role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. If you have experience in successful high-end events and possess a positive attitude, proactive nature, and passion for food and events, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate planning and organisational skills from initial concept to execution of events
  • Create event briefs, run sheets, post-event reports, post-event questionnaires
  • Assist with design briefs and collaborating with marketing and design team to create design briefs
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure environments, multiple events, masterclasses across various venues
  • Create new and interactive events and work with chefs on concepts
  • Plan the yearly calendar in advance
  • Work with chefs and FOH management to ensure smooth communication across multiple locations
  • Obtain quotes and decorations from suppliers according to budgets
  • Prepare and submit council permits where applicable for off-site and pop-up events
  • Assist the marketing team from time to time with duties such as copywriting, editing websites, updating e-commerce
