Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable support worker to join our team, providing in-home and community-based support for valued clients.

  • Delivering high-quality personal care and daily living support
  • Enabling participants to access and engage with their communities
  • Fostering positive relationships with participants, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of progress and outcomes

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Exceptional communication skills and a patient, empathetic approach
  • Previous experience in disability support or similar roles preferred, but not essential
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and achieving excellent outcomes
  • Relevant clearances or a willingness to obtain them
  • A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred)
