Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and experienced production operatives to join our team in a busy manufacturing facility located near Brisbane Airport. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with their hands and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role.

As a production operative, you will be involved in the processing and assembly of custom-made products using various machines including saws, grinders, and profiling equipment. You will also be responsible for feeding and taking off of product from machines and performing general factory duties including heavy lifting and manual handling.

You will work in a clean and modern production facility where safety is paramount. We take pride in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment and we expect all employees to do the same.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience operating or working around machines in a factory environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Competency with hand and power tools, and operating machinery
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking individual with a can-do attitude
  • Good literacy and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport required
