Key Role: Factory Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our factory team, ensuring that materials and processes are in place to meet production targets.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining a cohesive team culture, motivating and supporting Team Leaders and factory staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a Harmonious Work Environment: Foster a positive team dynamic within the factory staff.
  • Maintain Daily Efficiency: Maximize daily factory performance and efficiency on each production line and overall factory productivity.
  • Staff Rostering and Leave: Collaborate with the Production and Logistics Manager to manage staff scheduling and leave.
  • Daily Output Monitoring: Report and manage daily output numbers.
  • Product Quality: Develop and implement product quality processes.
  • Production Programs: Collaborate with the Production and Logistics Manager to develop production programs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Production or Mechanical Engineering, or relevant experience as a supervisor/production floor manager.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory or production floor management experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with warehousing, manufacturing, and inventory environments.
  • Ability to handle multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
