Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee our factory operations and lead a small team of experienced staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the manufacturing process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. They will also assist with loading trucks and coordinating deliveries, working closely with the print production manager to meet deadlines.

  • Supervise a team of 2-3 staff in the factory.
  • Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Manage stock levels to meet demand.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Load trucks and coordinate deliveries.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a workshop or factory environment as a supervisor or manager.
  • A keen interest in learning new processes and products.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work unsupervised and under pressure.
  • A strong sense of pride in their work and a team mindset.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • A $65,000 per year salary.
  • An 8-hour shift schedule.
  • A driver's license is preferred but not essential.
  • Australia work authorization is required.
