We are seeking a skilled Project Specialist to join our team. This is a mid-senior level role that reports to the Manager, Operations Enablement.

About the Role

">

This project specialist will have primary responsibility for the delivery of the annual superannuation member, Investment fund and tax statement process.

">

The key responsibilities of this role include:

">
  • ">
  • Project managing and delivering member periodical statements;">
  • Maintaining a schedule for the testing, and timely lodgement of statements and period end processes;">
  • Engaging and liaising with numerous stakeholders for input into your plan, and agreement to timeframes;">
  • Ensuring completion of test strategy documentation, environment planning requirements and scenario planning for statement testing;">

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role you will need:

">
  • ">
  • Experience in leading the production of periodic statements or similar types of documents;">
  • Experience working in Financial Services, preferably in superannuation or life insurance administration;">
  • Experience in project management, including planning, execution and successful delivery;">
  • Ability to organise, review and validate large amounts of data;">
  • You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face;">
  • You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow;">
