**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Within this role you will support the centralised mail out of correspondence process on behalf of the organisation. Your role will include maintaining strong working relations with our vendors as well as supporting the "Member benefit statement". In addition, your role will include:
**Correspondence & Communications**:
- Supporting the end-to-end Statement process, from data extraction, exception management, template development, requirements management, testing, approvals and distribution of Super and Pension Statements mail out to members
- Supporting the EOFY financial year pensions PAYG Process which involves running system reports, data extracts, manage stakeholders and distributing correspondence to members
- Supporting the organisational return mail management process as well as running regular reports
- Ensuring QA, peer reviews and testing are completed for all tasks to ensure accuracy in communications to our members
- Identifying and supporting process improvement initiatives
**Regulatory Reporting**
- First point of contact for queries submitted to the team - Internal Operations, Member and Advice, External regulators
- ATO, Actuary, EOFY, DHS reporting
**Compliance**
- Incident Reporting: Incidents identified as potential regulatory breaches must be escalated in the first instance to the Lead and Manager
- Ensuring our processes are well documented and managed and updated regularly
- Supporting team testing of benefit statements. This includes following test plans, conducting peer reviews, participating in workshops and sample checking from testing through implementation
**ABOUT YOU**
We are looking for an individual who has worked in fast moving transformation environment and is comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity. In addition you will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong understanding of Superannuation Industry Law/Regulation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Previous experience working in a team environment
- Experience in reporting and strong administration experience
- Ideally some understanding of UniSuper product offerings
