  • Coordinating and executing urgent freight orders
  • Monitoring driver fatigue and welfare using fleet monitoring systems
  • Responding to driver incidents and breakdowns
  • Maintaining accurate data entry, reports, and record-keeping in various systems

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be a quick learner who thrives under pressure. You should have previous exposure to mining/resource or transport/logistics industries and demonstrate the following skills:

  • A commitment to safety
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
