Job Title: Part-time IT Instructor

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced part-time IT instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in IT and cybersecurity courses to students of various levels.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging educational practices that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Ensure teaching materials meet regulatory standards, training packages, and relevant requirements
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student responsibility and adaptability
  • Develop and implement assessment tools and resources that align with industry needs
  • Provide administrative support related to the taught areas and assist in program development and review
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent qualifications that meet Standards for RTOs 2015
  • A strong background in IT and/or cybersecurity, with a focus on practical skills and experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends and technologies
