Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Front Office team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing personalized service to our guests.


About the Role
  • Guest Experience

The Guest Service Agent is responsible for ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process for our guests, utilizing our Property Management System (PMS). They will also answer and process reservation enquiries, make recommendations, and upsell rooms according to availability.

Ambassador of the Hotel

The successful candidate will act as an ambassador for the hotel, positively representing and promoting our boutique brand at all times.

Communication

They will maintain effective communication with other departments, coordinate with them as needed, and respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely manner.


Requirements
  • Experience

Previous experience in a Front Office or Reservation role is preferred but not essential. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others.

Skills

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and have a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.

Availability

They must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and public holidays.
