Client Services Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role in supporting the success of our sales team and driving their sales administration and marketing function forward.

About the Position

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Client Services Manager to lead our sales team's administrative processes and ensure seamless campaign execution. This involves partnering with agents and vendors, managing sales administration, compliance, and styling appointments, as well as overseeing photography and print campaigns.

Skill Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within real estate
  • A current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence in Real Estate
  • Proficient in CRM and marketing platforms such as Agentbox and Campaigntrack (or similar)
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • A team player with a high attention to detail
  • A valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with agents and vendors to ensure effective campaign execution
  2. Manage sales administration processes and maintain compliance
  3. Oversee styling appointments and ensure properties are presented at market ready standards
  4. Coordinate marketing content including social media, photography, and print campaigns
  5. Attend photoshoots, pre-settlement inspections, and marketing appointments
  6. Prepare open home and auction packs
  7. Assist with tracking marketing performance
  8. Organise client gifts to foster strong relationships
  9. Support and lead the Junior Administrator/Receptionist
