The Opportunity

Seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will have strong sales drive and technical expertise, fuelling growth, forging lasting partnerships and powering success across NSW/ACT's electrical and medical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with consultants, contractors and hospital project teams.
  • Providing technical support and driving project-based sales in the healthcare and commercial sectors.
  • Preparing proposals, attending site meetings and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Tracking market trends and achieving sales targets and KPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in electrical (preferred), medical or infrastructure sectors.
  • Experience working with construction stakeholders such as consultants, contractors and facility managers.
  • Strong technical knowledge of switchgear, cabling and medical electrical systems; ability to interpret technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems and tendering platforms.
  • Valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel.
