Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Medical Receptionist to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and communication
  • Managing medical reception duties, including scheduling appointments and maintaining client records
  • Performing general office tasks, such as typing, scanning, and filing
  • Assisting with the closing and securing of the building
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Cert III in Medical Administration or similar qualification
  • Excellent administration, time management, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the health sector and ability to work with diverse backgrounds
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
