Job Title: Financial Solutions Expert

Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Financial Solutions Expert to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with customers to consult, champion and implement cutting-edge finance software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs
  • Explain integration points and configurability options
  • Work with client teams to tailor the solution
  • Identify any gaps with the product and customer needs
  • Facilitate the integration of customer systems and data
  • Educate and train the customer on the actual use of the product
Requirements
  • 5+ years Business/System Analysis or Product experience
  • Knowledge of software implementations & data mapping
  • Experience in a finance vendor environment is ideal
  • Knowledge of the SDLC and Agile
  • Exceptional customer service and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and suggest alternative solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills
