Financial Systems Expert

">About the Role:">

The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems. This individual will guide clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday Finance project.

Key Responsibilities:">

  • Act as a Workday Finance expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation.

  • Reinforce company policies and procedures to others.

  • Drive and make decisions regarding tactical direction of project workstreams.

  • Identify dependencies and support interplay between different workstreams within a project.

  • Lead, mentor, and oversee the work of other consultants within their projects.

  • Be expected to be a subject matter expert (SME) in Core Financials, Procurement, Projects, and Expenses area.

Required Skills and Qualifications:">

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.

  • 4+ years of Workday Finance and Procurement or any other planning tool implementation experience, required.

  • 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting area. Cloud ERP experience will be an advantage.

  • Workday Adaptive Financials (Highly Desirable) experience.

  • Experience in working with another financial ERP system such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle ERP Cloud, or any other tool will be considered for this role.

  • Background in financial or supply chain roles.

  • Data driven and solution driven mindset.

  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
