The OpportunityWe are seeking a talented Makeup Artist to join our team at Sephora Warringah Mall. As a Beauty Studio Artist, you will be responsible for inspiring and helping our customers unleash their inner artist and become the best version of themselves through makeup. You will work across all our departments, from beauty and skincare to haircare and wellness, and be equipped with initial onboarding training and continuous learning through our unique online learning platform and field trainers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a welcoming environment for customers to explore their unique makeup needs
- Stay up-to-date with new products and the latest beauty trends and techniques
- Help customers discover the features and benefits of our CRM program and how it can help them be the best version of themselves
- Expand your knowledge of our iconic brands to share with and learn from your team of Studio Artists
- Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions to continuously learn and explore
- Share your artistry knowledge and provide 1:1 appointments to our customers
- Previous Sales and Artistry experience
- Certificate or qualification in artistry is highly desirable
- Availability to work 3 full days across key trading times, including late-night and weekend availability
