The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Makeup Artist to join our team at Sephora. As a Beauty Studio Artist, you will be responsible for creating an amazing customer experience by providing personalized makeup services and recommendations. You will work closely with our customers to understand their beauty needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on the latest beauty trends and techniques.

As a Makeup Artist at Sephora, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of beauty products and brands, and participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and techniques. You will also have the chance to work with a diverse and dynamic team of beauty experts, and contribute to the success of our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for customers
  • Offer personalized makeup services and recommendations to customers
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and techniques, and share your knowledge with customers
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on beauty products and techniques
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales and artistry is highly desirable
  • Passion for beauty and makeup, and a desire to share your knowledge with customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
About the Role

This is a part-time opportunity, with a minimum of 3 full days of availability required. You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of beauty products and brands. If you are passionate about beauty and makeup, and enjoy working with customers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
