MAC Retail Artist - Sydney

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Makeup Artist to join our team at MAC in Sydney. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized in-store experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality makeup applications and consultations to clients
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MAC products and services
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging in-store events and visual merchandising displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business

Requirements:

  • Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
