Technical Services Advisor RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Communications Specialist to join our team. This key role is responsible for the development of technical services strategies, business plans, and effective communication across the enterprise.Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for senior leadership teams and the Board.
  • Provide strategic support to the Executive General Manager (EGM) to deliver the Technical Services Business Plan and Enterprise Technical Services portfolio management plan.
  • Coordinate and manage the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, pre-reads, and minutes.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and systems improvements.
  • Offer strategic guidance for key Technical Services portfolio initiatives.
Requirements
  • Up to 5 years' experience providing secretariat and communication support to executive teams or advisory committees.
  • A relevant bachelor's qualification in communication, business, or arts.
  • A proven ability with technology-enabled solutions and timely delivery of actions/tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
